LET'S TALK
Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a free initial consultation call where we can discuss what brings you to therapy, explore how I can support you, and answer any questions you may have. This is a chance for us to see if we’re the right fit before committing to ongoing sessions.
I work with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement, relationship difficulties, neurodiversity-related challenges (autism/ADHD), low self-esteem, trauma, and more. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply seeking a space to reflect and grow, I’m here to help.
I work from different locations, my base being a peaceful and homely space with good facilities situated in the Canterbury countryside amongst orchards and open fields. This peaceful location offers a retreat from the background noise of everyday life and a place to deepen your self-exploration. It offers an opportunity to walk and talk if this is a preference and is a beautiful setting for your healing journey.
I also meet clients in Sandwich and Deal locations depending on days and times agreed and best convenience for all parties.
I also offer online appointments.
SUPERVISION
I provide clinical supervision for BACP registered therapists, working from an integrative approach with the same emphasis on relational and archetypal work that I adopt in client practice. I hold a certificate in supervision and am very familiar with managing and responding to a range of dilemmas, ethical, normative and as part of working with an organisation.
I charge £75 per 50 minutes of supervision and can meet in person or online.
Fee concessions are available for student counsellors.
